How do I Register to Shop?

You do not need to pre-register to shop at this site. When you complete your first shopping cart order you will be asked if you want the cart to remember your details for future orders.

 

 

How do I Place an Order?

From our online order page, you select the appropriate options, then select the items you wish to order, place them in the shopping cart, and return to select more items or move the items to 'checkout'. The pages will take you step by step through the process. You can cancel the order at any time up to when you enter your credit card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

 

 

What Quantities Can I Order?

Each product is ordered in units. For instance you can order 3 Mega Oils - 500ml, 1 Calendulis Plus cream - 120g, 2 Grahams Bath Oil - 100ml, etc. When you enter the quantity of a product, you must enter a whole number (1,2,3,4,...). Do not enter fractions, decimals or weights. Products are sold by a multiple of their 'unit'.

 

 

Where Do You Deliver To?

We service customers worldwide with online, fax and mail orders. Delivery within Australia using Australia Post is between 1-5 working days.Using the Express Post option is 1-2 working days. This service, however is for Australian deliveries only. Delivery outside Australia can take from 7 to 14 working days. During the Christmas season this may take longer. Please contact us if you have not received your order in this time and we will search for your products through Australia Post.

 

 

Do I Need to be Home?

No, If you have 'special' delivery instructions please use the text area available on the shopping cart.

 

 

Can You Deliver To My Office?

Yes, Please record any special delivery instructions on the order form.

 

 

Is There A Delivery Charge?

A fixed shipping and handling charge will be added to all orders at time of checkout, based on your location. Charge is $4.95 within Australia or from $15.00 International depending on the amount of the order. We now have an Express Post Option for those who prefer their order within 1-2 business days. The fee for this option is an extra $5.00. Total for the delivery will be $9.95 for Express Post. You may order the Express Post option through the product ordering page. This service is available for Australian deliveries only.

Currently we support VISA, MasterCard, mail (Australia Post money orders) fax orders and Paypal.
